Brown and teal locking posture collar

Beautiful brown and teal genuine leather, locking posture collar .
I sewed the teal color over the brown and riveted the buckling straps on.
The locking buckle comes with a lock and two keys. Fits necks 13 inches to 16 inches. The metal is antique brass, except for the buckle, which is black. (My supplier does not have an antique brass locking buckle.)
